Mimi's first window

Mimi's baby teeth are not even close to be loose, and yesterday we noticed that a permanent lower middle teeth was coming in behind the baby teeth. As this is a new situation for me, I took her to the dentist for x-rays. The x-ray showed that she doesn't have enough room for the permanent teeth to come out, and most likely all her teeth would need to be extracted.
