Not many people have tasted my mashed potato, but I'm proud to say that I haven't taste one that is yummier. To mash the potato I use skim milk, Flora margarine, melted mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper... Then Mozzarella on top of it. I made a bit and took it to work and it made me smile.....

Gaby was in her current school for a couple of months when she was 3 years old. I knew I had pictures, and I was looking for one specific picture. This morning I needed a "pick me up" so I did coffee 'a la Anelys'... The coffee was AWESOME with french vanilla creamer, stevia, whipped cream and sprinkles!! Made me smile.....
