As per the school's requirements Gaby needed to be evaluated by a psychologist. We called the psychologist and arranged an appointment for the last week of November. The first appointment was for the parents only, and she told us that she needed to talk to us first (that is what we were doing that day), then to evaluate Gabriela in two different appointments, then she was going to contact the school to find out "their side" of the story, and then after that there were going to be another appointment with just the parents for the diagnosis.
Today was Gaby's second appointment, and she told me that she actually cooperated very good in both appointments and that she got a lot of what she wanted to get from her. She will be calling the school this week, and then this coming Monday (the 15th) will be the appointment to let us know her recomendations and what she thinks.
I promise to keep you guys updated, and I really hope we get an accurate diagnosis this Monday, for Gaby's good.
